Note 3: I can not find any reference to a Bloomsburg and Southern Railroad in the index to the Valuation Reports, nor in Poor's Manual of the Railroads. There is, however, a Bloomsburg and Sullivan mentioned in both those sources. Back.
Note 4: I suspect this should read Brockwayville rather than Brookville. However, the PS&N interchanged with PRR at Brockway only indirectly, through the tracks of the Erie.Back.
Note 5: Mill Hall, Pa. should have been listed with Bellefonte, Pa. on the line below, rather than here. The CRRNJ didn't come as far west as Mill Hall, but Mill Hall was the "other" end of the CRR of Pa. Back.
